Agreement

These terms govern your use of 140iq.com and its games, accounts, leaderboards, and subscription features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break laws or infringe another person's rights;
• harass others or use an abusive, deceptive, or unlawful nickname;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service's security or limits;
• automate game submissions, falsify results, exploit game logic, or manipulate leaderboards;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Public nicknames and scores

Your nickname and qualifying Pro scores may appear publicly on leaderboards. You grant 140IQ a limited license to display that information solely to operate and promote the service. We may remove nicknames or scores that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans renew automatically at the cadence and price shown at checkout until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. We will disclose a price change before it affects a future renewal.

No medical or intelligence claim

140IQ provides games for entertainment and cognitive practice. It is not a medical device, IQ test, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional advice. Scores measure performance in these games and do not guarantee broader cognitive improvement.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the service, or create legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the contact details below.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 140IQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
